Email SML Click Notification
Email SML click notification to each users email address is included in user pricing per month and notification to up to 2 managers email addresses. Additional email addresses can be added for a minimal cost (e.g. notification to company service rep etc.).
Tracking/Reporting System
All users have login access to the tracking/reporting system for reporting and tracking of SMLs clicked by each recipient (a profile is stored for each recipient) of their own graphic emailLetterhead's. An administrative login is also included, so that managers can view all users graphic emailLetterhead's data. Optional custom reporting can also be implemented for an additional fee.
Custom Installation File
A custom installation file is supplied for each user to install in their Outlook software.
Custom Signature for Each User
A custom signature is created for each user for all of their graphic emailLetterhead's. An optional 'Add me to your contacts' link can be implemented for each user for a minimal charge.
20 megs of Server Document, FIle & Graphic Space per User.
Included is 20 megs of graphic emailLetterhead server space to upload documents, files and graphics required for SML integration per user (e.g. creating a GEL with a SML to a pdf file - the pdf file would be stored/hosted on our servers).
