Strategic Marketing Links (SMLs) are aligned with web site.

Since SMLs embedded in the graphic emailLetterhead template can point directly to specific areas of your organizations' web site recipients don't have to search through your web site for the information that they want. The senders don't have to waste time copying any pasting url links to the web site. When recipients are reading your email message it is more convenient for them to simply click on the SMLs for the information they want, than find your web site address and type it into their web browser. Therefore they are much more likely to click on the strategic marketing links to your web site information.

Instant click notification by email.

When the recipient clicks on any of the strategic marketing links the information of what was clicked, who clicked, and when it was clicked is instantly emailed to chosen individuals within your organization (e.g. person who sent email, inside sales, and sales managers). This is information is also saved in a profile for that recipient so that at anytime reports or future emails campaigns can be generated (see tracking & reporting). It's daily lead generation that saves individuals in your organization time and effort, because they know when the appropriate time is to contact someone and about what. Your clients and prospects will get the attention they deserve at the time they need it.

Sending using the alternate template feature saves time for the sender & ensures the information that the recipient receives is accurate and relevant.

An organization pre-defined alternate template can be chosen from the alternate templates by clicking the Send Alternate Template button. These alternate templates are created by the organization and can have any type of 'pre-canned' message (please see Content Management for creation details). They can even include 'form letter' type variables so that the messages can be personalized for each recipient. The alternate templates saves the sender time by not having to write email messages that have the same type of content over and over again. The uses for for alternate templates are endless, however here are just a few examples of how they could be used in your organization to save time and give recipients' the accurate information they need:

  • Frequently asked questions responses.
  • Product or services information (brochures, specials, technical/spec details etc).
  • Invites to events.
  • Thank you for your inquiry messages.
  • Thank you for your order follow-up messages.
  • Order has been shipped or ready to be picked up.
  • Quotations and estimates.
  • Holiday greetings.

Simple to use Send button activation right inside Outlook.

To send a graphic emailLetterhead the sender simply clicks the Send in Outlook and the organization's custom branded template is displayed. Writing and sending the email is the same as the normal Outlook process.

Sender specific contact information (signature).

The sender's specific contact information is automatically included in each graphic emailLetterhead in a consistent & professional manner (no more inappropriate signatures). This can include any sender specific information such as their title, direct line or extension, cell phone, email address etc. A ' add me to your contacts database link' can also be included for each sender, allowing for easy adding of the senders contact info into the recipients database. This is convenient for the recipient and means that the sender's contact information is always just a click away for the client or prospect.
