Implementing a 'campaign window' in the design of your graphic emailLetterhead means that you can communicate specific marketing objectives to your clients & prospects. The content can be changed at anytime, so you can run scheduled 'campaigns'. For example every month you could change the marketing focus of your campaign.

PRODUCT OVERVIEW
Step 1. Click Send graphic emailLetterhead button In Outlook.
To send a graphic emailLetterhead the sender simply clicks the Send button in Outlook and the standard organization's custom branded template is displayed.

Alt. Step 1. Click send alternate template button in Outlook.
Or a pre-defined alternate template can be chosen from the alternate templates by clicking the Send Alternate Template button (see further details in the Email Sender's Benefits & Content Management sections). The chosen alternate template is displayed.

Step 2. Write personal email message & send.
After choosing the standard template or alternate template, the sender simply writes their email message within the organization's custom branded template and sends the message.
Final Results 1.
Recipient receives email message within branded template.
The recipient will receive the personal email message and plus have access to a wealth of relevant information from your organization because of the strategic marketing links and 'campaign window' information embedded in the branded template. It's like they just received 3 items in one from the email - 1. Your email message | 2. Your organization's web site | 3. Email newsletter (from the 'campaign window').

Your notified when strategic marketing links are clicked.
When the recipient clicks on any of the strategic marketing links the information of what was clicked, who clicked, and when it was clicked is instantly emailed to chosen individuals within your organization (e.g. person who sent email, inside sales, and sales managers). This is information is also saved in a profile for that recipient so that at anytime reports or future emails campaigns can be generated. It's daily lead generation.
