The graphic emailLetterhead edit system (GELedit System) allows for content management of all GELs from one central point in any location in the world.

The easy to use secure internet based GELedit System allows for any information to be modified or added on any GEL template (default or alternate templates) for all users in the organization at any time. Whether you choose to have an in-house employee or have our content management team make changes and/or additions to any of your users' graphic emailLetterhead's, it can be done from anywhere in the world. It doesn't matter if your users are spread out across the globe or locally, their graphic emailLetterhead's will reflect the new content that has been centrally managed with no end-user involvement.

Add, modify or remove alternate templates.

Pre-defined alternate templates can be chosen from the alternate templates by clicking the Send Alternate Template button by staff. These alternate templates can be added, modified or removed from one central management point though the GELEdit System. The alternate templates can include any type of 'pre-canned' message or strategic marketing links. They can even include 'form letter' type variables so that the messages can be personalized for each recipient. Creating alternate templates for your users saves time for the sender & ensures the information that the recipient receives is accurate and relevant. Add, Delete or Modify SMLs on GELs to link to any online resource or document/file with the GELedit System.

Strategic Marketing Links on any of the graphic emailLetterheads can easily be added, deleted or modified. The GELedit system allows for the linking of online resources whether it be to a specific section/information on your organization's web site or an industry related article on a third party web site. Documents and files can be uploaded and linked to, allowing you to add SMLs to pdf documents, Word and Excel files etc. Having the ability to add, delete or modify SMLs on all your organizations GELs gives an unlimited amount of possibilities, to name just a few:

• Add all your products/services brochures to all staffs' alternate templates, so they can be sent effortlessly and efficiently by staff.
